"Who am I?"

"What is my story about?"

"What makes me me?"

These are the questions we ask ourselves at any stage of our career. It would seem that who, if not us, knows who we are. But sometimes it is so difficult to find yourself under all the events of our career, as well as under the norms surrounding us, expectations, problems, fears, requirements of employers, our own dreams and our own mistakes, after all.

Very often we don’t see something about ourselves, we don’t realize it, but we consider something so familiar that we don’t attach any importance to it.

Perhaps our identity has merged with our current activity or position, and we have long been bogged down in a formula like “I = my current job” and have no idea who we are outside of this formula.

I decided to do this workshop so that you can approach the answer to the question "who am I" from different angles and return yourself to the center of your story. 

Everyone will leave with their own result, and they will be different. It depends on the depth at which you are currently working, what path you have already taken in understanding yourself. Someone will get the last missing pieces of the puzzle and see the whole composition, someone will just start collecting the first fragments. In all cases, it will be interesting.

The workshop is divided into two stages - exercises and final lecture.

We will do the exercises all week from December 7 to 11, from Monday to Friday. Every morning in the telegram chat, I will send you the exercise of the day (on average, it will take 15 minutes or even less to complete it). 

In the evenings I will send another question - it will take only a minute to answer it.

Then, on Saturday, December 12 at 11 Moscow time, we will meet at a lecture to review the exercises you have done, talk about self-determination conceptually and do two more final practices.

I think now, at the end of such a difficult / strange / uncertain (add your own) year, before plans for 2021, is the time to remind yourself of yourself. Dreams come true when you are true.
