Refund Policy / Cancellations

We sell our online Programs only after an initial Skype or phone session, which is free. During this session, you have the opportunity to make a final decision regarding the suitability of the Program for your case. If, after this free session, you decide to book a full program and make payment, it is considered a final decision. As a result, in most cases, we do not offer refunds.

However, purchasers have the following cancellation rights in compliance with trading laws:

• 7-day cancellation period (after payment) — a full refund will be issued within 30 days.

• Refunds for reasons such as "not meeting expectations" are not provided. Cancellations and refunds within seven days are possible with an explanation of the reasons for not proceeding with the program. Refunds will be made minus administrative expenses (50 Euro) and the cost of any sessions already completed.

Elena Rezanova may review the circumstances and, where appropriate, refund part or all of the fees at her discretion.

Life Is Now reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time for breaches of its Terms and Conditions. If a customer contravenes the terms of service, a refund will not be issued.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
